I noticed Subway at Juru Autocity around 2006-2007, and it has catch my appetit since then.
My 2 favourite orders, of course must be with Parmesan bread.

Straits Quay is the new landmark in Penang.
It's easy to get there, just turn right at the Island Plaza traffic lights if you were from Gurney Drive.

Strategically located in front of a marina, but i can't find any boat / yacht, yet ..

If we were to put these 3 photos above together, it would sounds like: Getting a boat at the marina going to the water to get a fish (Agua in Spanish means water :)

Another Irish pub is coming up. There would be 2 Irish pubs, 2 Italian restaurants, and 2 German bierhaus @ Straits Quay (SQ is my newly founded abbreviation for the place)
Familiar names like Pappa Rich and Starbucks are also joining the fray.
My assessment on SQ : It would be either very good or down the drain in 6 months time. The management needs to be sensitive to Penangite expectations.

It has a structure looking like a rocket launching pad, maybe symbolizing Penang is being governed by DAP, a rocket party, at this point of time.

A date with John Barnes in Penang ..
I met my childhood idol John Barnes in Penang.
He is currently the ambassador for Carlsberg Brewery.
John is one of the factors for me to fall in love with Liverpool Football Club.
At the function in Penang, he brought along two gorgeous Carlsberg ladies.
Thanks John, you really make my day and shape my life, to some extent :)
I told one of my friends saying if I hit a jackpot, then I will propose to these two beautiful ladies for them to become my wives, hope that it's legally do-able (:
