1. Send an email to customer.mys@prudential.com.my (for Prudential Assurance Malaysia policyholders) or customer@prubsn.com.my (for Prudential BSN Takaful certificate holders), with the email subject title:
PAYMENT DEFERMENT APPLICATION: POLICY/CERTIFICATE NUMBER XXXXXXXX
2. Attach supporting documents to prove that your income is affected due to Covid-19 MCO (Movement Control Order, Perintah Kawalan Pergerakan)
