I attended a Robert Kiyosaki session at Equatorial Hotel Penang many years back.
One of his comments that still resides inside my mind is that he said Chinese tends to gamble away their wealth, and I am quite agree with him.
To me, casino should be a place to make fun, not an avenue to make fortune.
Keep this inside your mind and you'll be having a beautiful life, and lots of fun (:
Chennai Curry House
I came across Chennai Curry House in Sungai Petani, Kedah.
From the outside, it looks clean and contemporary. If they managed to come to Penang, I think they are able to provide a good alternative to Penangite apart from the current nasi kandar chains.

Breathtaking E&O Hotel waterfront
It's safe to stay at E&O Hotel, Penang because it has many cannons along its waterfront :)

In the nutshell, it's really a first class spot in Penang for total relaxation

I went to E&O Hotel for its buffet lunch not long ago. It's considered as a signature hotel in Penang. I feel honoured for being able to be there.
Set up nicely

It's grill station, very tempting when your stomach is ticking
The grilled fish looks good but I missed the chance to taste one, it was snapped up so quick while I was busy taking photos
To my surprise, they also serve dim sum, and some colorful pao, mostly a-cup
At the far end station, sashimi, lobster, mussel are lining up for the patrons
and some stingy scallops as well

But if i were to give rating to the overall food quality, i would probably give 6 out of 10, only 4 points if without the Char Koay Teow (:

Crabs and Scallops
I went for a buffet lunch at E&O Hotel, Penang

No where near these scallops that i tried in other place many months ago.
Managed to take a photo with a very friendly chef, and I imitated his hand sign

Maybe tropical scallops tend to get hydrated more easily compared to 4 seasons countries.
Resolution
Part of my 2010 Resolution :
1. Have a strong Plan A and Plan B
2. Make a trip to Singapore
3. Get a wife :)
