Spotted a road side stall selling Satar (Otak Ikan). Its bizness hours is from 4pm-7.30pm, a mere 3.5 hours.
Satar is prepared using bbq+satay style 'oven'.
Its taste is different from the otak-otak found in Penang. It's a bit bit sweety plus some 'santan' (coconut milk) flavour, but definitely yummy than ketupat.
Ordered a cup of soy milk from these two Kelante Chinese youngsters beside the Satar stall. Tell you wat, they speak perfect Kelante slang Bahasa Melayu, really canggih.

The yellow fatty Digi boy is missing in Kelante, but represented by his buddy who is one of the wayang kulit characters. Due to time constraint, not manage to find out the name of the character.

but a proper aquarium don't show price tags.
Guess what, the Chief Minister of Penang also attracted by the varieties of seafood at Ah Keat restaurant. No wonder YABLimGuan Eng looks quite 'keat'. Maybe Tan SriKohTsuKoon should also dine in more often, to be more 'keat' in 5 years time.
